General Terms and Conditions
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our website manggos.com. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB). The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by email or upon delivery of the goods.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs may apply in addition and are clearly displayed during the ordering process. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, Klarna, or other payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by you within Europe. Information on delivery times can be found on the respective product page.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further details can be found in our Return Policy.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. For businesses, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery of the goods. In cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is unlimited.
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
